Return & Replacement Policy – The Quirky Homes
At The Quirky Homes, each of our ceramic products is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans in India, making every piece unique. Because of this handmade process, slight variations in color, texture, shape, or size are natural and part of the product’s charm—they are not considered defects.
Given the delicate nature of ceramics, we take extra care in packaging; however, issues during transit may occasionally occur. To help us assist you promptly, any delivery discrepancies, or requests for returns or replacements must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests beyond this window cannot be processed.
We appreciate your support and understanding of handcrafted artistry.
Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

- Incorrect Item: If you receive a product that does not match your order, you are eligible for a replacement at no extra charge.

- Defective or Damaged Product: Products with genuine manufacturing defects or damage are eligible for replacement or store credit. Minor variations due to the handmade nature are not defects.

- Pre-Orders: Pre-order items cannot be cancelled and will ship with your order.

- Time Limit: All requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via email to customers@thequirkyhomes.in. Late submissions cannot be considered.

- Delivery address
- Unboxing video (highly recommended)
- Reason for return

- Incorrect Shipping Info: Refunds cannot be issued for returned packages due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or contact details. Reshipping is possible at Rs. 80.

- Refused Packages: Packages refused after three delivery attempts cannot be refunded. Reshipping is possible at Rs. 80.

- Tampered Packages: Do not accept packages with tampered packaging. Return it to the delivery agent before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).
Return & Replacement Process

- Once approved, we will arrange return shipment.

- After inspection (5-6 working days), we will process:
- Replacement: Shipped at no additional cost if available.

- Store Credit: Issued for the full purchase amount if a replacement is unavailable.
